Shandong Luwei Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in January 2007 with the registered capital of $ 8 million and more than 2,000 staffs at present. It is located in Shuangfeng Industrial Park in Zichuan, covers 200 acres, produces vitamin C (API) 30,000 tons per year, and is one of the top five vitamin C producers in the whole nation and the only vitamin C producer in Shandong Province.

Value Luwei - advanced technological VC production plants: By taking the world leading production standards, using international advanced two-step fermentation process, introducing advanced equipments as three-effect evaporator, air compressor from U.S. Solan Company and high-speed centrifuge from Belgium, establishing a set of international advanced production technology based on GMP standards, the products have reached the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, U.S. Pharmacopoeia, British Pharmacopoeia, European Pharmacopoeia standards. 95% products have been exported to more than 20 countries and regions including North America, Europe etc. The company is the key export enterprise in Zibo City.
Power Luwei - self-sufficient autonomous power plant: The company has a 22,000 kilowatts autonomous power plant. The adequate energy supply completely ensures 30,000 tons of vitamin C annual output and local residents’ electricity and heating needs in winter, achieving the harmonious development of economy and social benefits.
Environmental Luwei – a featured sewage treatment plant: The company invested more than 56 million yuan to build a 46-acre multi-functional sewage treatment plant, purifying the sewage in production, recycling reclaimed water, generating power with the biogas produced by the fermentation of wastes and the local crop straw resources, producing bio-fertilizers by using the activated sludge generated from biogas. In normal working conditions, the plant may deal with 4 million tons of sewage each year, save 3.8 million tons of water by recycling the reclaimed water, produce 11 million cubic meters of biogas, generate power 50 million kwh, produce 50 thousand tons of steam, produce 5 thousand tons of high quality bio-fertilizer. All these can meet the electricity and steam demand for 1000 residents, truly realize effective water recycling and "turning waste into treasure", vigorously promote energy conservation and recycling business, effectively protect and improve the surrounding environment.
